So that you can shine at the hairdresser’s, I have a recipe for the power bowl
(an energy bowl) perfect for breakfast. It is made with gluten-free muesli, soy milk and fruit. To be prepared the day before like a bircher muesli.
Ingredients for 2 persons :
- 40 g of Gluten free crispy muesli
100 ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon
(Germinated for me)
(or rice or cow)
15 ml apple juice
Add fresh fruit and nuts (e.g. blueberries, currants, raspberries, apple slices, pear slices, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds etc.) and enjoy.
