
Veal stir-fry with carrots and potatoes

A complete
dish, family, to make or in the pressure cooker or, if you have time, in a good old cast iron casserole. It’s up to you, but you’ll enjoy it. On my side I will leave you for a few days to discover Malta. I know absolutely nothing about Malta and I’m looking forward to visiting, tasting the local cuisine and bringing you back some recipes :).

- Either you’re in less of a hurry and you’ve done all those steps in a cast iron casserole. At this time then cover and simmer over low heat for at least 1h30.
