I really like the summer salads, slightly sweet and salty. They have a great place for picnics, buffets and go very well with barbecued meats.
For 4 persons :
And for the seasoning
- 1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
3 tablespoons of pressed orange juice
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Wash and dry the salad. Clean the fennel. Remove the first layer if it is damaged and then cut it into thin strips. Wash and dry the nectarines. Cut them into quarters. Coarsely crush the hazelnuts.
Prepare the seasoning: Put 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper in a salad bowl. Pour the lemon juice and mix. Add the orange juice and finish by pouring in the olive oil. Mix.
Pour the fruit and vegetables into a salad bowl, drizzle with the sauce, mix and serve immediately.
