Baked Potato, Fresh Cheese and Chives

Baked Potatoes

Baked Potatoes are really delicious. Usually I put fresh cream and chives inside, but this time I chose to put a little cream cheese inside. It’s great too.

For 4 people:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wrap each potato in aluminum foil (I don’t eat the skin so I use aluminum foil. If you eat the skin, use baking paper instead).

Put them on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour.

Once the potatoes are cooked, cut them with a sharp knife and put 1 tablespoon of cream cheese in each one. Sprinkle with 1 pinch of fleur de sel, 1 pinch of Espelette pepper and 1 teaspoon of chopped chives.
