  • 400 g of
  • salmon

  • (skinless and boneless), red or organic label
    200 g of
  • cucumber

  • organic

  • 1 red onion (30 g)

2 tablespoons of chopped chives

  • And, for the seasoning:

  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of sauce soybeans

You can consume right away but it is best to reserve at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
