smoothie bowl ?
Do you live in a cave ? Or maybe you don’t have an Instagram or Pinterest account? Because I’ve got plenty of smoothie bowls in my timelines.
Smoothie Bowl So for those who don’t know, the smoothie bowl (of smoothie … Smoothie and bowl … bowl, for Spanish speakers), is best served for breakfast or even a snack. It is composed of a smoothie thick enough to decorate it (without it falling down) with fruits, seeds, in short a lot of things healthy,
to know good for health (but on the internets we say
not to pass for a redneck). Damn, I don’t think I’ve ever made bills with so many brackets.
#haha. Here is the recipe :
- Smoothie bowl melon peach
- 1 melon
- 6 raspberries
- 20 blueberries
- 8 almonds
For 1 smoothie bowl
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons yogurt (I took a vanilla yogurt)
Pour the resulting smoothie into the bowl. Decorate with fruit and seeds and hop, a nice vitaminized breakfast!
