Peel the celery, wash it and cut it into sticks of about 7 cm x 2 cm. Put the sticks in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with honey, olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, Espelette pepper and mix.
Place the chicken pieces in the baking dish. Pour around the seasoned celery sticks.
