Veal Sauté with Carrots and Candied Lemon

A few days ago, miss P&P by zapping on the TV arrived on a show called C’est mon Choix. A man a priori everything normal was cracking nuts with his buttocks. He was a world record holder in the specialty world. We thought we were falling off the couch.

I thought of his wife, father, mother, brothers and sisters oh oh …. Oops, I get lost.

Anyway, I wonder if some people have gas on every floor, whether it’s the guests or the managers of chains that produce this kind of stuff. I’m glad finally that the TV has gone to HD; now I can’t even turn it on :p

Instead of watching it, I’m cooking 🙂 Hence the certainly distant relationship at first, with this veal stir-fry ^-^

Peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into slices. Peel the garlic and onion and chop them.

Put the butter in your pressure cooker. Add the oil and heat. When the mixture starts to crackle, put the pieces of meat in the pan and brown them on all sides for about ten minutes. Sprinkle with flour, add garlic and onion and mix.

Moisten with white wine and orange juice.
