Usually, I beat the eggs into an omelette in a salad bowl and cook it. On their site, they put the whole eggs in the frying pan and mix inside.

If you have followed this correctly, that makes one less container to wash ^-^. That, friends of the internet, is always good to take.  And moreover, it can amaze beautiful mom at the time of the brunch . What more can you ask for ?

For 2 persons

  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of whipping cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of chopped chives
  • Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Break the eggs in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring regularly with a maryse (click if you don’t know).

Cook for about 5 minutes. Just before the end of the cooking time, add the whipping cream, stir and cook for another 30 seconds.

Serve on plates and sprinkle with chopped chives.
