The crumblesIt’s the ultimate fall dessert I find. And the classic one with apples and a pinch of cinnamon is a real treat!
For 2 persons
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut it into thin slices and place them in the crumble dish.
Pour the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon into a dish and sand the dough with your fingertips to obtain the crumble dough.
Spread the crumble dough over the apple and bake for 30 minutes.
