I had started to write an introduction about people’s aggressiveness on the global internet but finally decided that they were not worth it :p . Yes, I know, often women vary.

In short, it has nothing to do with cauliflower gratinif it’s not cooking to music it’s also very nice 🙂 For this recipe you need a big cauliflower. If you only have a small one, don’t put all the Mascarpone in mustard, put only 150 to 175 g.

For 6 persons

Preheat the furnace to 200°C, rotating heat.

Wash the cauliflower, detail it in florettes. Cook them for 7 minutes in the auto-cooker.

Pour the Mascarpone into a salad bowl. Add the old-fashioned mustard and whisk to obtain a homogeneous preparation.

Place the cauliflower florettes in a casserole dish. Spread the mustard mascarpone on top and bake for 20 minutes.
