Nothing revolutionary in this recipe but it does the job, not tons of preparation for an excellent result. You can eat it as a complete dish in the evening with a green salad, dice it as an aperitif, serve it for a buffet or take it out for a picnic. Simple, easy and delicious.
For 1 pie
Split the leek whites in half, wash them and cut them into strips. Cook them for 10 minutes in the pressure cooker. Set aside.
Preheat the furnace to 210°C.
Remove the skin from the salmon and remove the bones. Then cut it into cubes of about 1.5 cm. Also cut the smoked salmon into squares of the same size.
Pour the cream cheese into a salad bowl. Add the eggs and mix. Add the diced salmon and pre-cooked leeks.
Put the dough in a mould. Prick it with a fork. Pour the mixture inside and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve warm, hot or cold with a green salad.
Above all do not salt, the salt is brought by the smoked salmon.
