Take a classic piece of meat, in this case a filet mignon of porkadd some soy sauceIt’s a great way to dress up a meal with ginger, honey, garlic, and immediately it is dressed with flavours from elsewhere. I don’t use a lot of Asian products, I don’t really know how to use them but the soy sauce is an integral part of my closet, whether to add a little twist to a vinaigrette or, as here, to marinate meat.
For 4 people
If you are using frozen pineapple, take the bag out, pour the diced pineapple into a flat dish and let thaw slowly.
Cut the filet mignon into cubes of about 1.5 cubes. Place them in a dish. Peel the garlic and ginger. Grate them in the dish where you put the diced pork. Add the soy sauce, oil and honey and mix. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Remove the stalk of the bell pepper as well as the white ribs inside. Wash it and cut it into pieces about the same size as the meat.
Just before serving: Heat a skillet over high heat. Place pineapple, meat and bell pepper cubes inside and sauté for 810 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring regularly. Sprinkle with a pinch of Espelette bell pepper, mix and serve!
