
Pork ribs with apples, garlic and mustard seeds
This recipe is easy and it changes a little the grilled pork ribs in the classic pan style. I advise you to serve them with, for example, this applesauce. The combination of pork and apples is tip top.
For 4 persons :
Prepare the marinade : Peel the garlic cloves, degerm them and squeeze them. Crush the mustard seeds lightly in a mortar. Add the oil, salt, herbs de Provence, pressed garlic and Espelette chilli pepper.

Ingredients for the marinade
Brush the pork chops on both sides and place them in a dish. Reserve in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Book in the refrigerator
At mealtime, heat the skillet over high heat. Place the chops and their marinade in the pan and cook them on both sides over high heat before lowering the temperature a little. Cook for about 5-7 minutes (depending on the thickness of the pork chops).
