When you propose on your blog a white cabbage salad you have a good idea that you’re not going to generate any sick traffic. Whereas if I were to put chocolate cake or better than sex cookies would be another story. But that’s okay. To make matters worse, I must admit that I didn’t buy a whole white cabbage for this recipe but a tray of grated white cabbage.
HAN! Are you still here?
The reason is that if I buy a white cabbage, I always end up throwing away some of it because a little white cabbage goes, a lot of white cabbage, hello damage. At the 2nd successive meal in a container, the rest of the family looks at me with a twinkle in their eye.
In a nutshell. Nevertheless, with this small salad, everyone eats it. Not bad, right?
For 4 people
and for the sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of neutral oil
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
Prepare the seasoning : In a salad bowl, put a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, add the vinegar, mix. Then pour the 2 oils by emulsifying slightly.
Remove the skin and seeds from the apple. Dice the apple.
All you have to do is put the grated white cabbage, diced apples, raisins and pumpkin seeds in the salad bowl. Mix and serve immediately.
If you like the cabbage less crunchy, you can reserve the salad 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving.
