The skewers I don’t know why it’s immediately hyper festive. Don’t you think so? Take some shrimps, sauté them with diced chorizo, it’s super good, but if you skewer them, like bandérilles, it’s immediately more chic.
For 4 persons :
- 16 shrimps floods
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 16 slices of chorizo (soft or strong according to your taste)
- 16 skewers
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Shell the shrimp. Then make a thin incision on the back and remove the black gut. Put the shrimp in a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 pinch of salt, the degermed and crushed garlic cloves and mix.
Reserve in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Then cut 16 slices of chorizo. On each skewer, skewer a slice of chorizo and a shrimp.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a frying pan. Heat over a fairly high heat. When the oil is hot, place the skewers and cook for 2 minutes on each side,
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley and serve hot!
