An improvised recipe for a quick but still quite delicious meal. The Teriyaki sauce (click for more information) can be bought in any supermarket. For the chicken, as usual, I recommend you to choose at least chicken farmer red label (Saint-Sever for me) or local organic. Please do not buy first price chickens, the quality is not correct.
For 2 persons :
Dice the chicken cutlets. Put them in a salad bowl. Add the Teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger. Mix and set aside for 15 minutes.
Pour the oil in a frying pan. Heat over high heat. Pour the chicken and marinade into the pan and heat over high heat for 78 minutes, stirring a few times during cooking. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped chives.
Delicious with a baked potato or Thai rice.
