Often in the recipes you see the theme, whip the egg whites into a bird’s beak or even whip up the cream with a bird’s beak and you don’t know what it is?
Don’t panic, it’s all about consistency.
You have to whip them until they form a beak resembling a raptor’s beak. Just look at the picture above and it’s immediately clearer, right?
