For this recipe you need extra fresh fish because it will be eaten raw. Tell your fishmonger that it is to make sashimi and let him guide you. The ponzu sauce can be bought ready-made in Japanese grocery stores but I give you below the recipe to make it yourself. If you don’t have yuzu, you can use a yellow lemon instead
- 1 sea bream royal
- 1 tray of tomatoes cherries
For ponzu sauce
- 10 cl of soy sauce,
- 2 spoons of acacia honey,
- 1 yuzu (zest and juice)
Préparer la dorade en sashimi Monder (éplucher) les tomates cerises rondes. Pour la sauce, mélangez tous les ingrédients.
Serve tomatoes with fish sashimi, sauce on the side
