No longer presented Clotilde DusoulierClotilde Dusoulier 8700 is a blogger of the first hour with Chocolate & Zucchini and a culinary author for many magazines. We also owe her several books. I really liked her first book on French cuisine, which I gave away several times. Now I am delighted to discover Veggivorededicated to you guessed it (Ahah), to vegetarian cooking.
What I appreciated in this book is first of all the classification by season. For a book dedicated to fruits and vegetables, it was really essential. Then I liked the fact that each recipe is presented with a small text to accompany it. This can be a personal anecdote, information, advice etc. It’s very pleasant to read. And then, of course, the recipes themselves: simple, easy, gourmet with a little touch of creativity that makes you want to get in the kitchen.
In short, a book to offer yourself if you are also tempted by vegetarian cooking or if you simply want to discover new ways to prepare vegetables.
